You wanted to know where a good running trail is in Phoenix. Did you find one yet? It all depends on what kind of runner you are. South mountain and Squaw peak are more hiking trails than anything, you can run them but you better be prepared to climb rocks. I myself ran in the many parks Phoenix has to offer like Indian Bend wash. I don't live there any more and have to suffer the ocean beach run in Coronado instead. (ha)
